Since its establishment in 1988, the EVERTOP Group has created a long-standing mark in R&D and the manufacturing of wires and cables.  Due to the rapid economic development of China and Taiwan, EVERTOP has successfully expanded cable production to include copper casting, wire extrusion, enameled wire, electronic wire, computer wire, telecommunication wire, high and low voltage power cable, low-smoke halogen-free cable, fire-retardant heat-resistant cable, corrugated metal armored cable, and even optical fiber cable.  These products have been extensively used in the building infrastructure such as offices, residences, schools, hospitals and industrial parks. Our products also play a big role in the public transportation such as subways, tunnels, high-speed rail system, stations and airports.  Telecommunication cables are used in wired networks as well as wireless networks, and even optical fiber networks.  Electronic Cables are used in computers, appliances, hand-held devices, game boxes and in other newly invented applications.  By playing a crucial role in advancing modernization and civil development, EVERTOP is the pioneer in the business.

EVERTOP has an excellent management team responsible for its overall success.  Mr. Ming-Chuan Chang, the Founder and President of EVERTOP and Secretary General of Electric Wire and Cable Industries Association for more than twenty years, successfully gathered experienced technicians and professionals to work in the company.  First in 1988, the Headquarter is established in Taipei, Taiwan; and the Chung-li Plant, in Tuaoyan, Taiwan. To better serve our customers migrating to China, EVERTOP Dong-Guan Plant in Guan Dong is established in 1994; then Suzhou Plant near Shanghai, in 2003.  To further expand our business in Far East Asia, the Vietnam Plant started operation in 2005, making EVERTOP a true international enterprise committed to continuous growth.  Since 1994, EVERTOP has joined the ranks of the 500 largest manufacturers in Taiwan.  In 1997, EVERTOP was the first wire and cable company in Taiwan to be listed on the OTC market, and then on Taiwan Stock Exchange.  EVERTOP is improving building safety, enhancing the quality of life, and protecting the environment through its high-quality cable products.

In order to meet and exceed high quality standards in market demands, EVERTOP focused its capital spending and resources on R&D.  This strategy led to the establishment of the first complete testing laboratory with a CNLA certificate, which ensures the company’s products pass the ever-stringent international environmental quality standards.  Striving for  excellence, EVERTOP obtains not only ISO9001 and ISO14000 certificates, but also other certifications such as UL, CNS, acceptance approvals of various products by both Taiwan Power Company and Chung Hwa Telecom, fire-retardant and heat-resistant tests certified by Department of Fire, low-smoke, halogen-free certification of Lloyd’s Register, and finally Sony’s Green Partnership.

Because of EVERTOP’s guarantee on superior quality, the company’s electronic and computer wires have been firmly approved by world-famous companies such as IBM, DELL, COMPAQ, SONY and etc.  As a matter of fact, in some category of computer cables, EVERTOP has taken the lead share in the global market. Its power cables, telecommunication cables and optical cables have also been recognized by the government as well as companies in the private sectors as the best products and have won numerous awards.

With the establishment and expansion of manufacturing sites in Taiwan, China and Vietnam, EVERTOP has successfully sold its products in these markets as well as its neighboring countries.  Soon the company will expand its business further the rest of the world.

For the future, EVERTOP is undertaking various plans and strategies to meet the ever-changing demands for new and high-quality products.  Through R&D, the company is developing halogen-free insulating materials for the environmental-friendly cables, just as the protection of the environment is becoming imperative and gaining supports.  Other focus of  R&D includes G655 optical cable, and fire-retardant cable with resistance of over 1100℃.  As the era of broadband circuits arrives, the company also research on optical communication area such as optical fiber connectors.  EVERTOP is actively collaborating with down- and upstream manufacturers to better serve our end-customers and gain more niche marke.
